GamesMaster Issue 1 GamesMaster Issue 1 SNES Andy Lowe 73% A moody and extremely playable piece of software sci-fi. Be warned, it's not for beginners or those of you used to a more immediate blasting fix. A thoughtful brew of puzzling and positioning. Not for everyone, but if you fancy a challenge, check it out.
Mac Format Issue 1 Mac Format Issue 1 Apple Mac Bob Wade 72% As an adventure this falls some way short of the complexity and depth that more conventional games have. However, it does have some superb animation and is well paced as a story. You'll find yourself getting hooked on discovering what happens next and this discovery aspect keeps things interesting. There's definitely some solid entertainment here, the only problem is you may finish it quickly and after that there's not much replay potential.
Mega Action Issue 1 Mega Action Issue 1 Mega Drive Uncredited 90% A strange scientific experiment sends you spinning into another world. It's very rare you get a game that has it all, the looks, the sound, the gameplay. This is a classic in every sense of the word. Buy it, and leave the real world behind!
PC Power Issue 1 PC Power Issue 1 PC Uncredited N/A If you're after a shoot'em-up cum puzzler cum platformer, albeit one that looks like none of the above, then Another World's worth checking out.
