Mega Action Issue 1 Mega Action Issue 1 Mega Drive Uncredited 94% If you can only afford one Mega Drive game a ear make sure your first choice is Desert Strike. Controlling an Apache helicopter, you must fulfill your mission directives and take out a maniac dictator. Don't miss it - it you'll never forgive yourself.
GamesMaster Issue 1 GamesMaster Issue 1 SNES James Leach 87% Desert Strike is a great game on the SNES. It's fast, it's smooth and the graphics are every bit as good as those of the Mega Drive version. The game's flexibility makes it so appealing you can go where you want, blow up whatever takes your fancy, try numerous stealthy approaches and generally use your brain as well as your Maverick-firing finger. It's different every time, and the more you improve, the more you'll get out of it.
