Pitfall II: Lost Caverns - C64
- This is a truly atmospheric subterranean adventure which will test the skill and cunning of the most experienced games player as well as appealing to the novice. The graphics, sound and game play are of a high standard and the use of colour and soothing theme tune add to the atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Toy Bizarre - C64
- Graphics, sound and colour are excellent in this original and absorbing program. Don't be seen without one.
Zenji - C64
- I enjoyed this colourful graphic game with its soothing oriental theme tune and found it a relaxing alternative.
Giant's Revenge - Spectrum
- The game is easy to play, but by no means easy to beat and is a challenge in finding a safe route let alone collecting the objects and avoiding the meanies. The graphics, sound and playability are up to Thors' usual standards.
Danger Mouse in Double Trouble - Spectrum
- The graphics and choice of colour are very good and there are some nice animated sequences. The game has been written with a good deal of humour and is consequently great fun to play and extremely addictive.
Percy the Potty Pigeon - C64
- I cannot praise this game highly enough and expect it to make the top ten in no time at all. Seeing is believing.
Wanted: Monty Mole - C64, Spectrum
- The many months of hard work that have gone into Monty are reflected in the superb graphics, sound and gameplay of these frustrating, addictive games.
Daley Thompson's Decathlon - C64
- Jump into your tracksuit and go for gold in the latest action packed, addictive game from Ocean and make sure you've got a few spare joysticks and plenty of lucozade. You're gonna need it!
Strip Poker - C64
- Good graphics and intelligent game play will inspire even the most poker-faced party pooper to persevere to the very end. If you continually whip the girls (sorry!) they're likely to respond with moderately colourful language. Not one for the kiddies.
Delta Wing - Spectrum
- Good use of colour has been used throughout and I feel that Delta Wing is going to be very popular with the shoot-em-up brigade.
